General Membership Questions

When you join Fresh Finds Advantage, you’ll enjoy all sorts of savings when you shop, including:

  • Automatic 10% cash back and free shipping rebates on an unlimited number of Fresh Finds purchases;
  • 5% cash back on your purchases at over 1,000 retailers in our Marketplace;
  • Shipping and return shipping rebates on purchases you make through the program

With Fresh Finds Advantage, you can save on gifts, As Seen on TV items, home décor, apparel, pet accessories, and almost anything else you might want or need throughout the year!

  

Just get in touch with our Customer Service Department by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 888-644-2425 or by email at [email protected] You can also use the Contact Us form on our website. No matter how you contact us, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours (and usually much sooner!).

  

To cancel by phone, simply call us — anytime, day or night — at 888-799-3871. To cancel online, just log in at FreshFindsAdvantage.com; click on the Account link in the upper right corner; click the Cancel Membership link; and follow the instructions provided. You can also send your cancellation request to us via email at [email protected] or through the "Contact Us" form. Regardless of how you choose to do so, our Customer Service Department will process your cancellation right away.

   

You can email your rebate documentation to us at [email protected] You can also send it by mail to: Fresh Finds Advantage, PO Box 290728, Wethersfield, CT 06129-0728. Please note that you'll receive a claim number when you fill out our online rebate claim form; make sure you copy and paste that claim number into the "Subject" line of your documentation email or write it on each piece of your documentation when you mail it in. Also, please remember to submit cash-back and shipping rebate claims within 60 days of the original order date, and to submit return shipping rebate claims within 60 days of the date you sent the order back.

 

FRESHFINDSADVANTAGE is the billing descriptor that will be listed on your credit card statement for your monthly fee.

   

If your membership begins with a trial period, your first anniversary year lasts from the day after that trial period ends until a year from that date. If you enroll without a trial period, your first anniversary year lasts from the date you enroll in Fresh Finds Advantage until a year from that date. All subsequent anniversary years last for a full year from the date you enrolled in Fresh Finds Advantage.

   

Automatic 10% Cash Back and Free Shipping Rebates on Fresh Finds Purchases

Earning 10% cash back on Fresh Finds purchases is easy:

  1. Just shop with Fresh Finds as you normally do — online, over the phone, or by mail.
  2. After you make your purchase, we’ll automatically apply 10% of your order sub-total (minus taxes and fees) to your Savings Center.
  3. We’ll mail you a check for your 10% cash-back earnings within 3-6 weeks of your order being shipped.

As a member, you also receive automatic shipping rebates on every Fresh Finds purchase you make during your active membership. Simply shop as you normally would — online, over the phone, or by mail, and your shipping cost will be automatically applied to your Savings Center. Savings Center earnings will be paid out in the form of a check (see the “Savings Center” section for details).

As a Fresh Finds Advantage member, you can earn unlimited 10% cash back and claim an unlimited number of shipping rebates on your Fresh Finds purchases throughout the year!

As long as you're an active member of Fresh Finds Advantage when you make a qualifying purchase, you’re eligible to receive 10% cash back on that purchase, even if you cancel your membership after making the purchase. We'll mail you a check within 3–6 weeks. Whenever possible, we'll try to bundle multiple qualifying purchases into a single check.

 

The 10% cash-back amount is calculated by dividing the sub-total of your final, qualifying purchase amount by 10. The sub-total used is the amount left after any and all discounts or other offers from Fresh Finds, your credit card issuer, and any other parties are applied. The sub-total amount does not include taxes, shipping charges, or other fees.

As a member of Fresh Finds Advantage, you can earn 10% cash back on an unlimited number of Fresh Finds purchases.

As a Fresh Finds Advantage member, you can earn an unlimited number of shipping rebates on your Fresh Finds purchases throughout the year! Simply shop as you normally would — online, over the phone, or by mail, and your shipping cost will be automatically applied to your Savings Center. Savings Center earnings will be paid out in the form of a check (see the “Savings Center” section for details).

5% Cash Back on Marketplace Purchases

The Marketplace is our shopping directory of more than 1,000 stores. As a member of Fresh Finds Advantage, you can shop for millions of items sold by those retailers and earn 5% cash back on your purchases! You can claim up to $1,000 in 5% cash back on Marketplace purchases every anniversary year

 

The precise list of Marketplace retailers is subject to change at any time, but it comprises over 1,000 stores, including multi-category, specialty, and niche merchants, ranging in size from big-box to small, and you can claim 5% cash back on purchases at any of them.

 

Earning 5% cash back on online Marketplace purchases is incredibly easy:

  • Simply log in to FreshFindsAdvantage.com, visit the "Marketplace" tab, and click on your chosen retailer’s link.
  • Use the browser window that opens to shop as you normally do. Just make sure to complete your purchase in that browser window and during that shopping session.
  • Once the retailer notifies us that your order has been shipped, we’ll automatically apply your 5% cash-back earnings to your Savings Center. (Please note that it generally takes up to 7 business days for a retailer to notify us, but it can take longer if you've purchased an item that’s on back-order.)

You can also earn 5% cash back on in-store, phone, and mail orders. After you make a purchase from one of our eligible Marketplace retailers, simply fill out and submit a rebate claim online, and send us proof-of-purchase documentation listing the retailer, purchase date, item(s) purchased, purchase amount, and shipping charge (if applicable). Acceptable documents include a sales receipt, a packing slip, an order confirmation email, or an order confirmation page. (Please be sure to write your claim number on all documentation.) Mailed submissions will appear in your Savings Center upon approval, which can take 3-6 weeks from the postmark date of your submission.

You can earn 5% cash back at any eligible grocery retailer in the Marketplace. Visit the “Groceries & Household Supplies” category in your Marketplace and look for retailers with the “rebate only” flag.

You can earn 5% cash back on groceries by shopping in-store or online through the Marketplace links. After your online or in-store purchase is made, submit a rebate with your dated proof-of-purchase documentation to receive 5% cash back.

Once we verify your 5% Cash Back Rebate claim or receive notification from a retailer that your Marketplace order has shipped, we’ll apply your cash-back earnings to your Savings Center balance. Within 3-6 weeks, we'll process your claim, and we'll mail you a check as soon as your 5% cash-back earnings are confirmed. (Whenever possible, we'll bundle multiple qualifying purchases into a single check.)

As long as you're an active member of Fresh Finds Advantage when you make a qualifying purchase, you’re eligible to receive 5% cash back on that purchase, even if you cancel your membership after making the purchase.

Please note that, once you reach the $1,000 maximum in 5% cash back on Marketplace purchases in any year, you’re no longer eligible to earn 5% cash back on those purchases during that year. However, on the annual anniversary of your Fresh Finds Advantage membership, you can once again earn 5% cash back on eligible purchases made on or after your membership anniversary date, and the 5% cash-back payout process described above will apply to those purchases.

The 5% cash-back amount is calculated by dividing the sub-total of your final, qualifying purchase amount by 20. The sub-total used is the amount left after any and all discounts or other offers from the retailer, your credit card issuer, and any other parties are applied. The sub-total amount does not include taxes, shipping charges, or other fees.

Shipping Rebates

Shipping rebates are an additional way to save on purchases at over 1,000 Marketplace retailers. As an active member of Fresh Finds Advantage, you can claim a rebate of up to $10 if you’re charged a shipping fee on a purchase you made at a Marketplace retailer. You can claim up to $500 in shipping rebates every anniversary year.

As long as you provide documentation that shows you paid a shipping charge on a purchase you made — online, over the phone, or by mail — at a Marketplace retailer, you're eligible for a cash-back rebate on the shipping charge, up to the annual $500 maximum. Acceptable proof-of-purchase documentation for shipping rebates includes receipts, packing slips, and order confirmations that display the price, retailer information, shipping and handling charges, and sales date.

Please note that cancelled purchases, duplicate claims, and purchases made before your Fresh Finds Advantage membership was active or after your membership was cancelled aren't eligible for shipping rebates.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping rebates on grocery purchases picked up in-store. Shipping rebates are only available when you’re charged a fee for the cost of packaging and shipping your purchase.

To claim a shipping rebate, click on the "Rebates" tab on FreshFindsAdvantage.com, and follow the instructions provided. Please note that you must submit your rebate claim within 60 days of the original purchase date. Within 3-6 weeks of receiving your required documentation, we'll verify and process your rebate claim, and we'll mail you a check as soon as your rebate is confirmed. Whenever possible, we'll bundle multiple payouts into a single check

Yes, you need to submit your claim and your proof-of-purchase documentation within 60 days of the purchase date.

To claim a shipping rebate, you need to send us an order confirmation, the original sales receipt, or a packing slip. Whichever proof-of-purchase documentation you provide, it must display the purchase price, retailer information, shipping and handling charges, and sales date.

Return Shipping Rebates

If for any reason you decide to return an item you bought through Fresh Finds Advantage — whether you shopped at Fresh Finds or a Marketplace retailer — you can claim a rebate on the return shipping charge! You can claim unlimited return shipping rebates on Fresh Finds purchases and up to $10 per return shipping charge for Marketplace purchases, up to a maximum of $500 in return shipping rebates per anniversary year.

Just click on the "Returns" tab on the Fresh Finds Advantage website, fill out and submit the rebate form, and send us the following proof-of-purchase documentation:

  • The packing slip (or a copy of it) from the website where you purchased the returned item, reflecting the price, item, manufacturer, model number(s), credit card used, retailer information, sale and shipping dates, and return shipping information; AND
  • A shipping receipt for the return shipment reflecting the date, shipping destination, and price paid. USPS receipts that indicate the destination zip code are acceptable. (Please note: If a return label is provided by the website, and the return shipping fee is deducted from your credit, please provide a copy of your statement showing the credit amount less the return shipping fee.)

Please note that, to be eligible for a return shipping rebate, you must be an active member of Fresh Finds Advantage at the time we process your rebate claim.

To qualify for a return shipping rebate, your claim and all required documentation must be submitted to us within 60 days of the date you returned your purchase.

We'll verify your return shipping rebate claim and send you a check within 3-6 weeks of our receipt of your claim and your required documentation.

Savings

The Savings Center is where you can keep an eye on all of your 10% and 5% cash-back earnings plus all of the shipping and return shipping rebates you’ve claimed as a member of Fresh Finds Advantage.

  • "Submitted" means we've received your claim but it has not yet been approved.
  • "Approved" means your shipping or return shipping rebate claim has been verified.
  • "Paid" means we've sent you a check for your cash-back earnings or rebate claim.
  • "Declined" means a 10% cash back, 5% cash back, shipping, or return shipping rebate claim did not meet the qualifying criteria.

If a purchase that you believe should qualify for 10% cash back or 5% cash back hasn’t appeared in your Savings Center account, please contact us.

Please note that an online Marketplace purchase won't appear in your Savings Center until the retailer notifies us that the order has shipped; it can take 5-7 business days for that notification to reach us. Also, if you've purchased an item that’s on back-order, the item won't ship until the retailer receives it, which can take longer than 5-7 business days.

If you believe that a shipping rebate claim is missing from your Savings Center account, please contact us. Again, please be sure you've submitted the necessary proof-of-purchase documentation (the order confirmation; the original sales receipt; or the packing slip with the price, retailer information, shipping and handling charges, and sales date) in addition to your shipping rebate claim.

If you believe that a return shipping rebate claim is missing from your Savings Center account, please contact us. Please confirm that you’ve submitted both required forms of documentation along with your return shipping rebate claim:

  • The packing slip (or a copy of it) from the website where you purchased the returned item, reflecting the price, item, manufacturer, model numbers, credit card used, retailer information, sale and shipping dates, and return shipping information; and
  • A shipping receipt for the return shipment that displays the date, shipping destination, and price paid. USPS receipts that indicate the destination zip code are acceptable. (Please note: If a return label is provided by the website, and the return shipping fee is deducted from your credit, please provide a copy of your statement showing the credit amount less the return shipping fee.)
